There are 3 good reasons to use Landmark for the filing and prosecuting of European Community Trademark (CTM) applications and oppositions:

The European Community now covers 27 countries which makes a CTM registration a very desirable property for any international corporation.

It is very attractive to protect the new outward appearance of a product through a European Community Design (RCD).
